Batdorf Restaurant & Banquet in Annville

Wow. Just wow. Everything we ordered was exceptional AND had a novel twist to the usual dish you might expect. The nachos were loaded and had subtle shifts in flavor with each bite. Sweet, salty, sour, umami it was all there. Best ever. Steak sandwich was sheer paradise. Great cuts of meat, loaded with shrooms and a fresh roll that sealed the deal as GLORIOUS. The strawberry cheesecake shooters defy words and are elevated to status of DIVINE FOOD! Unbelievable. We will be back again and again. Definitely GO OUT OF YOUR WAY to eat here!!!

I went for take out the guy at the front counter said no takeout since I didn't call prior. He went and got a manager who seemed confused thinking I was asking to take out the Tuesday Tacos which were $1 I specifically told him I wanted I fish taco to go he said no no they do 3 fish tacos for $15.99 I kept say6i want one because the tacos are huge and I don't eat leftovers. He said he can't do that I said I want one taco so I was denied serviceI love Mexican food I will never go here again

We came in to Batdorf with my son’s hockey team after a game. The food and beer were great, especially the fest beer brewed on site. The staff was great and handled our team with ease. I highly recommend this place.

We loved the food and their craft beers were tasty. We went on a Saturday and we brought 2 of their crowlers home ($10 each on Saturday!) We are vegetarian and the dishes we got were so fresh and yummy!

Always a great place to get good foods and a good beer! Don't let it fool you the name belies the good Mexican food on the menu!

One if the best little restaurants in the area. Whether dining in or on the deck, you will enjoy your time. The Mayan feel and atmosphere is very authentic. Bar grub, regional cuisine, or authentic Mexican - they will make it fresh. Great bar!! Fun place to go. (They need to get more comfortable chairs on the deck. They dug into you legs and leave marks. Wear long pants)

Great atmosphere, good food and awesome beer. Can't go wrong. Bonus: there is always something vegan for me on the menu.

Lots of character and history. Many rooms to dine in. Food is great. Mexican flavor. Good burgers and steaks, too. We love it and are frequent flyers there.

Really delicious Mexican/American food. Warm and comfortable place to bring the whole family. Large selection of beers that are made by the Batdorf Brewers. The tacos are always a great selection.

More than your average bar and grill. The Batdorf offers a unique twist to Mexican/American pub fair. The Nachos we had were okay, not over the top but not bad. Some may say that a burger is burger, but I had the best burger I ever had tonight! Toped with bacon, mushrooms,fried onions and pepper jack cheese. Every bit was a delight! My wife enjoyed the Swordfish Tacos. Besides the wonderful food was great service. This is a sports bar full of TV'S.

Great place to eat in the heart of Annville PA. Fantastic atmosphere and Awesome food. Can't go wrong with the beer either. Outdoor seating, nice bar seating as well as formal dinning room seating if you prefer. If your looking for a nice place that's a little different and not far out if the way. Stop in and enjoy!

Relaxing, casual and fun atmosphere. Food was delicious and the service was friendly, although very slow service.

Enjoyed my time here. The atmosphere is lively and fun. They have live bands regularly: which is a really nice add. The lighting is warm and comfortable and the service was quite friendly. The beer selection is outstanding. Many selections from local craft breweries and their own. They also have a large fridge with a solid section of 6 packs and 40oz bottles. The food is affordable from appetizers, entrees, burgers, and desserts. The wings stand out, try them they are excellent. Great place to hang out or go on a date night.

A true hidden gem! Their beer selection is fantastic. It features a wide selection of their own brews in addition to other popular breweries. In addition to drafts, they carry a huge selection of bottles. The food was truly fantastic. My boyfriend got the Korean beef tacos and I got the huevos rancheros with Korean beef added. Both dishes were absolutely phenomenal. Overall, great tasting beer and food for incredibly reasonable prices. We enjoyed the outdoor seating as the garage doors were open. We will definitely be back.

Incredible find for lunch in Annville PA. Delicious sandwiches in an old historic building. Homemade potato chips are delicious! Two bars and fairly large amount of seating in three rooms. Chairs in the back bar area are narrow and uncomfortable. Tiki bar theme in the back bar / restaurant area. Friendly and excellent service. Lots of off street parking in back as well as street parking in front.

The place looks great and the menu was fantastic. I has a pork burrito the pork tasted off. Luckily it only had about a tablespoon of meat. So if you like rice and frozen pea burritos. Get yourself a pork burrito.

Always enjoy going here. The menu is a little limited, but they work with you if you have dietary restrictions. If you aren’t big on Mexican themed food then you are kinda out of luck. They have an amazing drink menu and a fun atmosphere. It is a nice place to eat at before catching a movie at the Allen theater.

Food is always excellent. Service not so much. If the hostess notices you when you walk in, don’t expect them to address you. You have to wait until they finish they’re conversation with each other or the wait staff. I have dined there 6 times as a local and this happens every time. The wait staff is curt and will make you feel like an inconvenience, save for Taylor, (best waitress I’ve had there). However bad service always saves me money.

Had a burger and several beers in conjunction with a group get together. Good burger. Good beer. Classic architecture. We will go back!

Food was okay. Service was extremely slow at lunch time. Looked like they were down at least one waiter. Perfect day weather-wise and sitting in the covered open air dining area was very nice. Can imagine being there summer evenings could be a lot of fun.

Was served 8 wings instead of the dozen that I ordered. Literally had wings cooked so hard I couldn't even get the meat off the bone. Great server but the cook needs trained.

Very impressed. Stopped here after our sons' hockey game. Atmosphere was fun and relaxing. Food was delicious. Soup was hot, Drinks were cold. Service was friendly, fast and efficient. Would definitely return.
